The Court of Appeals (Hovrätten) has granted us the right to appeal the decision made by the Stockholm City Court.
This will take place in January 2011.
Stockholm City Court decided against us in January 2010. We appealed.

Protest by Writ: T2474-09 Terry LeBlanc m.fl. ./. Stockholm Gas AB.

The Association of 2700 Gas Customers had been formed to protest the threat by GasAB* to close down our gas network. The proposed shut-down forces expensive reinvestments on gas customers and is a breach of the contract with gas customers dated 2003. GasAB has offered some limited economic compensation but it is far from what is needed.

*GasAB = Stockholm Gas is a subsidiary created by Fortum, a privately owned Finnish company. It has a monopoly position in the delivery of gas to Stockholm.
