01.14 . The decision was posted. Stockholm City Court decided against us.
12.01 . The Main Hearing in our suit against GasAB will be held in Stockholm District Court

06. 17 . The Committee on Petitions in the European Parliament mailed a very positive message to Theresa LeBlanc. "I would like to inform you that the Committee on Petitions considered your petition and decided that the issues which you raise are admissible in accordance with the Rules of procedure of the European Parliament, insofar as the subject matter falls within the sphere of activities of the European Union. . . . "
06. 17 . Jan Södergren and two representatives of Gaskunder met with GasAB and their lawyers in the Stockholm District Court. The meeting was over an hour and the presiding judge closed the meeting with a formal request that GasAB provide the requested evidence.
06. 10 . A formal request was registered with the District Court that GasAB bring forth the evidence that made them decide to shut down the gas network.
05. 11 . A second package of evidence was mailed to the European Parliament. The Scare Tactics document to the right was included.

03.12 . Magnus Bruno (GasAB lawyer) admits to a customer that misinformation has been given about the eventual gas shut-down. The human factor is to blame, he says, but the fact is that shut-down can only happen after a year's notice.
02. 26 . The document to the right (with 63 attachments) was mailed to the European Parliament by Theresa LeBlanc. It arrived in Brussels on March 2nd

02.19 . Our lawyer, Jan Södergren, served a Writ (process) against GasAB in the Stockholm District Court.

2.18 . A press release was sent out about the Writ that was to be delivered on the 19th.
2.5. The Board of Directors decided to sue the Fortum owned company, Stockholm Gas (GasAB).
1.30. A response came from Stockholm Gas. It only repeated their decisions.
1.09 . A letter was sent to Stockholm Gas (GasAB). We asked them to honor our rights.
12.10 Two board members met with the four Stockholm politicians that are on the board of Fortum. It was a very "careful" beginning to discussions and finding a way to resolving problems.

9.25 . Meeting: Announcement was made about plans for a class action. We have been talking with a law firm for the last two weeks.
9.19 . Svt filmed and interviewed us at a Bromma town meeting > ABC morning news.
August and September . A lot has been happening. There have been several gas customer meetings to plan strategies. We have been in the media: more TV coverage and articles about our protest.
